MANDATE
Reviewed Terms of Reference for the Sealing, Resource Mobilization and Academic Affairs Committee as follows:
Sealing
- To consider and authorize on behalf of Council the application of the University Seal on academic Documents and any other document as the case may require and ensure security of the documents.
Resource Mobilization
- Approve Policies to Guide resource mobilisation
- To provide strategic direction and oversight for resource mobilization efforts in TTU
- Ensure alignment of resource mobilization activities with TTU’s mission and strategic goals and compliance with legal and ethical standards;
- Support the development and implementation of resource mobilization initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource mobilization strategies and initiatives.
Academic Compliance
- Oversight on compliance with CUE guidelines.
- Receive and consider reports from Senate and make recommendations to Council on Academic, Research, innovation, and community outreach Matters.
- To develop and review statutes for the University
- To deal with any other matter that may be referred
