Voi, Kenya – Taita Taveta University has once again been recognized for its excellence in service delivery following the annual performance contract evaluation for the 2024/2025 financial year.
The evaluation exercise, conducted yesterday, was spearheaded by the Public Service Performance Management Unit (PSPMU) under the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary. The assessment team, led by Mr. Vincent Sutei and Mr. Miriti Royford, rigorously reviewed the institution’s performance against national targets and statutory compliance.
During the feedback session, the PSPMU officials commended the University for its consistent track record of high performance. The team specifically highlighted the institution’s:

Speaking during the exercise, the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Christine Onyango, welcomed the positive assessment and attributed the success to the collective effort of the University community.
