 Mr. Stephen Kilungya

Masters in International Business Administration (Double major in Finance and Strategic Management) at the United States International University He has over 20 years of professional experience at senior management at Kenya Revenue Authority where he participated in negotiations in promoting trade integration among East African Community; the Common Market of East and Southern Africa (COMESA), and Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) member states. He has severally represented the country in global fora such as at the General Assembly of the Inter-American Centre of Tax Administration (CIAT) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; and the World Customs Organization (WCO) in Brussels, Belgium.

He is currently the Chairman-Machakos Technical School Chapter of Machakos University.
