An e-Government Procurement (e-GP) training program conducted by officers from the National Treasury officially commenced on Monday, 19th January 2026, at the CEMEREM Conference Room. The five-day training is scheduled to run through to Friday, 23rd January 2026.

The training brings together relevant staff to build capacity on the use and implementation of the e-GP system, a key government digital platform aimed at enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public procurement processes.
Officers from the National Treasury are facilitating the sessions, guiding participants through system functionalities, compliance requirements, and best practices in electronic procurement. The program is expected to strengthen institutional readiness and align procurement operations with national public finance management reforms.

Upon completion, participants are anticipated to have improved technical skills and a clearer understanding of the e-GP framework, supporting effective service delivery and adherence to government procurement regulations.
