PhD (Education Administration and Management – Maasai Mara University); M.Ed. (Education Administration & Planning); B.Ed. (Arts) (Accounting & Economics), University of Nairobi. He has vast experience of over 31 years at various levels of Education sector as an education administrator and manager/supervisor, Senior Education Officer, Assistant Director, Senior Assistant Director and currently Director of Education in the Directorate of Higher Education. He represents PS-State Department for Higher Education and Research, Ministry of Education.
