The School of Education is committed to the preparation of competent, reflective, and innovative educators who can effectively respond to the dynamic needs of society and the education sector. Our programmes are anchored in strong theoretical foundations, research, professional practice, and emerging trends in education.

At the undergraduate level, the School offers the Bachelor of Education (Science) and Bachelor of Education (Arts) programmes, designed to equip future teachers with sound subject mastery, pedagogical competence, and professional ethics. At the postgraduate level, we offer the Master of Education programme with specializations in Education Foundations, Curriculum Studies, Educational Psychology, and Guidance and Counselling, aimed at advancing scholarship, leadership, and professional practice in education. In line with our growth and research agenda, the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education is currently under development.

The academic activities of the School are organized under two departments: the Department of Education Foundations and Psychology (EFP) and the Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Educational Management (CIEM). Through these departments, the School coordinates teaching, research, postgraduate supervision, and community engagement in a collaborative and supportive academic environment.

Guided by a commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, the School embraces digital learning, research-driven teaching, and stakeholder collaboration. We encourage our students to be critical thinkers, ethical professionals, and agents of positive change in education and society.
