  • Recruitment: Advertising vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
  • Staff Development: Organizing training programs and supporting further education.
  • Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Employee Welfare: Managing leave, health benefits, and employee assistance programs.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Succession Planning: Developing talent pipelines for key positions.
