Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Advertising vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
- Staff Development: Organizing training programs and supporting further education.
- Performance Management: Implementing appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Welfare: Managing leave, health benefits, and employee assistance programs.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Succession Planning: Developing talent pipelines for key positions.
