About the Department
The Department of Curriculum Instruction and Education Management (CIEM) is one of the two departments in the School of Education. This department prepares educational leaders, curriculum specialists, and administrators for schools and educational institutions.
Our programmes focus on the theory and practice of curriculum development, instructional design, educational leadership, and school management. Students explore current trends in curriculum theory, instructional strategies, assessment practices, and the organizational dynamics of educational institutions.
The department is committed to producing graduates who can provide visionary leadership in educational settings, develop innovative curricula, and manage educational institutions effectively in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
